We prioritize customer satisfaction with our free unlimited revision policy. You can improve your initial design at no extra cost through your account.
If you are charged twice due to a processing error, if we fail to meet your specific design requirements, or if we cannot complete your order as promised, you will receive a full refund.
For orders above $15,000, approved refunds will be issued in equal monthly installments of $5,000.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within five days after receiving your initial designs. If no refund request is made within five days, we will assume you are satisfied. For special or combo packages, the same refund policy applies as for single packages.
All refund requests must be sent to our support team. We assess each request individually and reserve the right to approve or decline based on policy violations. If resources have already been allocated, refunds will be issued in installments.
Your account area is the primary way to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to check messages and provide instructions to designers. Lack of communication does not qualify for a refund. If you need help using your account, contact customer support.
All design files are delivered through your account as per the date mentioned in your "Order Confirmation." You will receive an email notification when your files are available.
Standard delivery time is 2-3 days. Rush delivery is available for $75, providing initial logo samples within 24 hours.
We store finalized design files for three months. After that, you can request a redesign for an additional fee.
We only communicate via our official domain emails ("[email protected]") or toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not responsible for any damages caused by unofficial emails or calls.
To use our services, you must provide accurate registration details. If we find the information incorrect or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.
We may store your credit card details for recurring payments or additional services, but our team will inform you of any charges.

If you remain inactive for 45 days, we will not process refunds. However, you can request a project hold due to personal reasons. If you return after 45 days, a $150 fee applies to restart the project.
Some services involve third-party vendors, which may require you to accept their terms. By using these services, you agree to their policies. These third-party terms may change at any time.
We assist with integrating third-party plugins and APIs, but we only provide standard integration. We do not handle third-party agreements during development. Additional work may require a separate payment agreement.
